The RAM Error Flash Code Chart from Commodore's Diagnostic Manual, C-64 Dead Test (PN-314139-02, January 1988), page 2-2. It gives the RAM chip that each flash count points to on the C64 Rev A/B, Rev B-3 and Rev E boards, the C128 and the C128D, with the data bit concerned, and the manual's note that several defective RAM chips may indicate a defective power supply or on/off switch.
