The System RAM Chart from Commodore's Diagnostic Manual, C-64 Dead Test (PN-314139-02, January 1988), page 2-3. The Dead Test screen names RAM chips by their positions on the C64 Rev A and Rev B boards; the chart translates each name to the chip on the C64 Rev B-3 and Rev E boards, the C128 and the C128D.
