System RAM section of Commodore's "RAM, ROM" schematic 310378 rev. 6, sheet 4 of 4, for the Commodore 128 main board, PCB assembly 310379. It shows the sixteen 4164 DRAMs: bank 0, U38-U45, in the upper row and bank 1, U46-U53, in the lower row, one data bit per chip from D0 at U38 and U46 to D7 at U45 and U53; the multiplexed addresses MA0-MA7; RAS through R1 (68 Ω); and the column strobes, CAS0 for bank 0 through gate U9 and R29 (68 Ω) and CAS1 for bank 1 through U9 and R30 (68 Ω). The 74LS244 at U62 is at the left.
