Summary

RAM part of Commodore's "PET Computer Main Logic, Memory Section" schematic, drawing 320026, sheet 2 of 3, for PET 2001 board assembly 320008. It shows the sixteen 6550 static RAMs: J1-J8 hold data bits D4-D7 (buffered by the 74LS244 at H9) and I1-I8 hold D0-D3 (buffered by the 74LS244 at H8), each pair covering 1 KB from 0000-03FF (I1/J1) to 1C00-1FFF (I8/J8). The chips marked with an asterisk, I5-I8 and J5-J8, are fitted on 8K machines only.
