Figure B-6, Gull Wing Lead Solder, from Appendix B of NASA-STD-8739.2: minimum and maximum acceptable solder on a gull-wing lead. In both a concave fillet joins lead and land, a heel fillet is mandatory, and at maximum the contour of the lead remains visible through the fillet. Cropped from PDF page 72.
