The power-on reset circuit from the "PC-1500 Main Circuit Diagram" in Sharp's PC-1500 service manual (section 9): a 50 V 1 µF capacitor from VCC into the TC50H001F Schmitt gate, and a second 50 V 1 µF capacitor on the output network that drives the I/O, CPU and µPD1990AC reset lines. Rendered at 300 dpi from the scan and cropped.
