All about the Commodore 64 Vol2

From RetroTechCollection

All About the Commodore 64, Volume Two is a 1985 programming book for the Commodore 64 by Craig Chamberlain, published by COMPUTE! Publications, Inc., Greensboro, North Carolina. ISBN 0-942386-45-0; cover price $16.95. The cover describes it as "everything you need to know to create sophisticated music, sprites, and detailed bitmapped screens on your Commodore 64, with both the convenience of BASIC and the speed of machine language".[1] The numbered pages run to 491 (the index is pp. 487-491). The Library of Congress catalogues both volumes under one record, LCCN 84183325.[2] It follows Volume One.

Parts 2 to 4 are machine language utilities with BASIC interfaces: a bitmapped graphics utility and shape editor, the Sidplayer music system and a sprite control system. COMPUTE! sold their programs separately on disk; the disk is not part of the scan.[3]
