[edit | edit source]- Kit contents (p. 1): kit CA401220-001, made up of drive bracket C302401-001, 2 MB 3.5-inch drive C301371-101, TOS 3.06 ROMs CA400836-001, AJAX disk controller C302096-001 and the manual itself.
- Installation (pp. 1–4): replace the floppy controller at U409 with the AJAX chip; fit TOS 3.06 if the ROMs are older; turn on segment 7 of switch J203; set the drive jumpers to 1–2, 5–13 and 14–15 (figure 1); mount the drive in the bracket with its offset away from the drive (figure 2); connect the interface cable to J2 and power to J1; route the cables behind the mounting post (figure 3).
