Summary

[edit | edit source]

Detail of the logic board of a Seagate ST296N 5.25-inch SCSI hard disk (board marked 20742-001 Rev B1). Fine red insulated wires run point to point on the component side: one from a via near the centre of the board, others to a surface-mount resistor and to pins of a Motorola 74LS196 counter, with spots of brown adhesive holding the wires to the board along their length.
