Section 10.5 of Sinclair's ZX Spectrum Service Manual, "Spectrum+ Keyboard – Top Membrane": the key matrix of the top membrane, with the 8-way tail (KB2) connected through diodes D1 to D8 to address lines A8 to A15, and the 5-way tail (KB1) to the ULA's inputs KB0 to KB4 with pull-up resistors R65 to R69.
