We have some new updates to the MediaWiki installation, as well as two new domains for accessing the wiki.
- Update to MediaWiki 1.46.2
- RTC SSO - You can now login and connect your Wiki account to RTC SSO. This allows you to connect your forum, wiki, grading and RetroTechCollection to a single, unified account.
- New address: the wiki now lives at https://retrotechwiki.com. Details below.

[edit source]- Old links still work. Any address on wiki.retrotechcollection.com, retrotechwiki.co.uk or www.retrotechwiki.com sends a permanent (301) redirect to the same page on https://retrotechwiki.com. The page name and anything after the
?are kept, so bookmarks, forum posts and search results land on the right page. Please update your bookmarks when you get the chance. - Logging in. Browsers keep logins separately for each address, so you will need to log in once on the new address. Your account, preferences, watchlist and contributions are unchanged.
- Bots and scripts. Use
https://retrotechwiki.com/api.php. Requests to the oldapi.phpaddress are redirected, but a redirect turns a POST into a GET, so an edit sent to the old address is dropped without an error. Please update the API address in any tool you run. - Sitemap. The sitemap is at https://retrotechwiki.com/sitemap.xml and
robots.txtpoints to it. - Link Count tool. The link counter used by {{High-use}} has moved to https://linkcount.retrotechwiki.com (the old linkcount-wikitools.retrotechcollection.com address redirects). It counts links on the new address, and file-link counts for
File:pages work again.
