Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh Service and Support Guide
The Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh Service and Support Guide is Apple Computer's 10-page booklet, part number 034-0239-A, dated 5/97 and printed in the USA, supplied with the Twentieth Anniversary Macintosh to US buyers. It describes the Concierge Services package that came with the machine and prints the US Three-Year Limited Hardware Warranty.[1]

To obtain warranty service, the owner telephoned Apple with the serial number and date of purchase and was told how to ship the machine to Apple for repair. The warranty does not include data recovery, and a machine that cannot be repaired in the country where it is may have to be sent to another country, or back to the country of purchase, at the owner's expense.[1]
What this booklet does not contain
