From RetroTechCollection

The Power Macintosh 7300/7500/7600 & WS 7350 Service Source is Apple's 170-page service manual for the Power Macintosh 7300/166 (Europe and Japan only), 7300/180 and 7300/180PC, 7300/200, 7500/100, 7600/120, 7600/132, 7600/200 (Japan only) and Workgroup Server 7350/180. Page numbers below are PDF pages.

It is module-level: Apple's specifications, symptom charts, take-apart procedures, upgrade procedures and an exploded view with part numbers. It has no schematics and no component values.

The 2/3/4/6 GB Firmware Utility 1.0, released on 20 November 1997, updates the firmware of some 2, 3, 4 and 6 GB SCSI hard drives with firmware other than 0F0J, which can fail to wake after the computer has been put to sleep (pp. 58–59). The Basics chapter covers the Cuda chip and its reset button (p. 28) and the logic board reset, which ends with a wait of at least 10 minutes with the battery out (p. 29). The Troubleshooting chapter starts with cleaning residue from PCI card edge connectors (p. 57).
