What it does not contain
[edit | edit source]- No specifications table (no current drain, sync or RF output figures), unlike Magnavox's manuals for the Odyssey 100, 200, 400 and 500.[3]
- No voltage chart for the transistors beyond the readings marked on the schematic.[5]
- No troubleshooting chart and no disassembly instructions.[3]
- No internal circuit of IC1, which the parts list names only as "Integrated Circuit 612114-1".[4]
What it settles
[edit | edit source]- The 2 MHz oscillator setting (2.01 MHz ± 1 % at IC1 pin 17, set with C4) and the channel 3 and 4 RF procedure with L1 and C14.[3]
- The regulator: 6.4 V to IC1 from Q1, and the change from a 6.8 V zener with D9 to a single 7 V zener during production.[5]
- The three electrolytic capacitors, all 470 µF 16 V, part 270109-5215.[4]
- That the console has no sound switch.[3]
