Tandy 1000 Documentation
The wiki hosts two Tandy documents for the original Tandy 1000 (catalogue number 25-1000): Radio Shack's service manual and Tandy's technical reference manual. Both are 1985 publications and cover the original machine; the Tandy 1000A and Tandy 1000 HD had their own supplements.

What it does not contain
[edit | edit source]- No information on the 1000A's revised board, the hard disk version or later models.
- The keyboard parts list gives assemblies only, with no component values.
- No monitor service information; the manual refers readers to the monitors' own manuals.
- Some printed values need checking against the board: the 54 W supply list describes C11 and C12 as 10000 µF while their part number follows the pattern of 1000 µF parts, and the description of C20 is garbled.
